Overview
Fixes Hugo note shortcode markup in the RedisVL 0.12.1 Query API doc (query.md) so runtime-parameter callouts render correctly.

For VectorQuery, VectorRangeQuery, and HybridQuery, the early {{< /note >}} right after each note title was removed and {{< /note >}} was moved to after the parameter lists and Python examples. Those sections (HNSW/SVS-VAMANA tuning, hybrid FT.AGGREGATE vs FT.SEARCH guidance) now sit inside the note block instead of appearing as plain body text.
