Updates the RedisVL 0.18.2 documentation tree so admonitions render correctly in Hugo instead of showing as plain #### NOTE-style headings.

Across API and concept pages (cache, filter, query, schema, searchindex, vectorizer, extensions, queries, mcp), callouts are wrapped in {{< note >}} … {{< /note >}} shortcodes. The MCP guide’s security warning uses {{< warning >}} instead of a #### WARNING heading. Wording of the notes is unchanged; this is a presentation / site-build fix for the 0.18.2 doc bundle.
