Updates the RedisVL 0.8.1 API reference pages so inline callouts render as Hugo note shortcodes instead of raw #### NOTE headings.

Across cache.md, filter.md, query.md, schema.md, and searchindex.md, each former NOTE block is wrapped in {{< note >}} … {{< /note >}} with the same text (e.g. drop/expire requirements, filter-expression usage, vector query links, unique schema field names, and paginate page_size guidance). No API signatures or behavior descriptions change—only how notes appear on the docs site.
