  Legal stuff is approved, billing stuff should be done on Friday 12 Feb 2021. Let's have [jetstack-secure-for-cert-manager](https://console.cloud.google.com/partner/editor/jetstack-public/jetstack-secure-for-cert-manager?project=jetstack-public) ready for Tuesday. This milestone is about the "minimal amount of work" before we can ship an initial "solution" with cert-manager, google-cas-issuer, preflight-agent and Google's billing agent "ubbagent". It will be manually tested and released (no need to bother with CI/CD here).
