Sets up the initial scaffolding for AI Lab on Lab2. Actual integration with the newly migrated frontend ailab library coming next (see #73025).
Just spits out level properties for now:
Testing story
Tested locally by converting a few levels to Lab2. Will add actual AI Lab Lab2 levels to allthethings in a later PR when the integration is working end to end.
