What

Two small accuracy fixes to the plugin description and README.

Changes

  • The description claimed "built-in safety hooks", but the cursor plugin has no hooks. It ships its safety and best-practice guidance as Cursor rules (rules/*.mdc). Updated the wording to "built-in safety and best-practice rules" in both the README intro and .cursor-plugin/plugin.json.
  • Removed the hardcoded "two backends" and "three agents" counts from the description so it does not go stale as the plugin grows. The parenthetical lists of the actual backends and agents stay.

No functional changes.

The cursor plugin has no hooks. It ships its safety and best-practice guidance
as Cursor rules, so the README and plugin description should say that instead
of claiming built-in safety hooks.

Also remove the fixed backend and agent counts from the description so it does
not go stale as the plugin grows.
