This is the Cloudflare Go repository.

It is based on and is kept closely in-sync with upstream Go, but includes patches for additional features owned by the Cloudflare Research team.

Right now this mainly includes algorithms for post-quantum cryptography and emerging and experimental features for TLS, like "Encrypted ClientHello (ECH)" and "Delegated Credentials (DCs)".
