Removes: - Orphaned </#if> in ReturnLinks.ftl caused by incomplete UPS block removal - Stale UPS comment in OrderView.groovy - Stale TODO comments referencing UPS/FedEx in OrderShippingInfo.ftl and OrderHeaderInfo.ftl
