The hydro-flattening tutorial contained 12 links pointing to the
grass-devel(development/unstable) manual pages.Since all referenced tools are available in the stable release, these links have been updated to use
grass-stableinstead. This aligns the tutorial with the rest of the tutorials in the repository and avoids directing users to development documentation unnecessarily.
