Support Compare two OpenAPI specifications

There is an existing tool, [OpenAPITools/openapi-diff](https://github.com/OpenAPITools/openapi-diff), that can be used to compare two OpenAPI specifications. It would be beneficial to integrate this tool, for example by providing a Gradle task such as:

gradle diffOpenApiDocs
```
