Steps to repproduce:

1. Go to downlaod page: https://semaphoreui.com/install
2. Click button "install and setup " in 'Binary or package" box, it will redirect to https://semaphoreui.com/install/binary/2_18/install
3. Click the download button of "amd64, tar.gz", it reports 'not found' at https://github.com/semaphoreui/semaphore/releases/download/v2.18.0/semaphore_2.18.0_linux_amd64.tar.gz
