@JayBazuzi thanks for fixing the error propagation.

Now that we deploy via GitHub Pages CDN, it's not possible to set headers. The entry file has to be index.html or markdown (which gets converted to html). RadiaSoft's servers are not going to be the best for this kind of thing. We moved to GH to avoid issues with it being on a shared RadiaSoft server, i.e. restarts. An alternative is to find a more flexible CDN which would host the page -- ideally for free. I can't take this on right now. Volunteers?
