No tracking of openissues per unique number possible without fighting self-discipline

Add a field where a unique number is created automatically. The field is called Open Issue ID. It's value is shown in the task overview. The number is created automatic. The logic can be manipulated, for instance: => OI000004
Describe alternatives you've considered
Adding an OI ID to the title, but you need to check if the numbers are already existing.
