Correct links and update status of BioSQL support in Biojava

Could someone from BioJava, perhaps @josemduarte, confirm that indeed the BioSQL ORM for Biojava is not outdated anymore?

(This probably means primarily, are we pointing to the latest documentation within Biojava. It's of course possible that although we're linking to the latest docs in Biojava, those docs are outdated. However, there's no point in tracking that issue here; if there isn't yet, maybe what needs to be done then is to post a Biojava tracker issue pointing out that the ORM docs for Biosql need updating.)

My knowledge of BioSQL in relation to BioJava is very limited. I came to the BioJava project 4 years ago and haven't ever heard about BioSQL at all. Perhaps it's something that was supported in the BioJava 1.x series but not afterwards? Would @heuermh perhaps know something more?
