Section on Nearby Selection for basic variables is missing and truncated #2292

Description

In the documentation section Move Selector Reference, immediately before section 1.7 is the following text:

== Move selectors for basic variables

These moves are applicable to planning variables that aren’t part of a list, also called [basic variables].

There are no moves following this, and the visible "==" sign suggests that this is a Markdown header that has failed to be parsed properly and left an incomplete section. The positioning of the section implies that it should relate to Nearby selection with basic variable.

In addition, in section 1.6 the following text appears:

In a nutshell, when nearby selection is used in a list move selector,

However, there is no description of how the interface is invoked when nearby selection is used in a basic move selector.

Describe the solution you'd like
Rectify the missing section and expand 1.6 to describe how the interface is used with basic moves.
