System override: add secret pulse button

On the website pressing the d key will toggle the system override as shown in the image below.

In the _includes directory there is a nunjucks file for the system override

Hi! I'd like to work on this issue.

I'm currently exploring the codebase and reviewing the existing system override implementation. If nobody else is working on it, I'd be happy to take this on.
