Compiled (trimmed) binaries

Now that Julia 1.12 is the stable release, this should be possible. I am not familiar with creating binaries from Julia packages, would love some help on this. Not sure where those should live either, probably in SMC itself.

To clarify my plans regarding asdex:
I think bindings to a compiled SMC binary would be of great benefit to the general Python community in pySMC. If pySMC used compiled SMC binaries, asdex would likely drop its coloring code and add it as a dependency.

Sorry for not giving news recently, quite busy since my new position and also needs to handle a few personal things.
Guillaume, I didn't forgot the bicoloring paper :)
Once again, sorry for not giving news, personal issues too priorities.

I have something for you about binaries, I work on a C interface for Krylov.jl and I give a talk next week about it at Saint-Girons.
I setup CI to also automatically upload a libkrylov.$dlext at part of the artifacts as soon as a new release is tagged by tagbot: https://github.com/amontoison/Krylov.jl/releases

@cvanaret was able to use it in Uno and even do Python wheels with it as a dependency.

Except next week, we can maybe do a quick meeting together while I still in Europe, I am back to Calgary on July 12.
